“Real Talk”, a Community Forum Series, is a safe space where people in the Montgomery community can gather to discuss current issues.
This forum presentation is themed “Mental Health” in observance of National Bullying Awareness Month.
Nancy will be a panelist at the forum providing insight on what mental illness can look like and what resources are available to get help.
This event will be a community forum; therefore, community members will drive the questions. This will be a very personable experience as it will be a smaller group and the audience is encouraged to speak up.
Other speakers/presenters scheduled to participate are:
- Ashley Foster, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
- Dr. Venus Hewing, Auburn University
This panel will be moderated by Tonya Scott-Williams, The Mommy Chronicles.
We hope you’ll plan to attend.
Be sure to say “Hello” to Nancy!
