It is our goal to verify your particular insurance coverage and benefits and notify you of this information before your scheduled appointment.
This will enable you to be prepared at check-out time.
However, if you are unsure about your mental health coverage or deductible amounts, you may wish to contact your insurance company for this information on your own.
All patient responsible monies, including deductible amounts, are collected at the time of service.
